Sap of PricklyPoppy plant is ued for curing any lesion on human body. Sap of this plant is also used for treatmentof oedema, leprosy and gonorrhoea. The sap of prickly poppy plant mixed with milk is used as an ointment for treating leprosy. The oil extracted from the seed of pirckly poppy plant is used for treatment of blood dysentry. Root extract of this plant is used as a poultice in case of insect bite like wasp.Oil extracted from the seed of prickly poppy plant mixed with mustard oil is used for treating scab.The seed oil mixed with black pepper powder is served for treatment of fever.
